On 4 July 2010, Channel 7's program The Great South East featured two of the 2010 Healthy Waterways Awards winners.
The winners featured during this segment were Anne Clarke, winner of the 'CSIRO - Waterways Champion Award' and Pelican and Seabird Rescue, winner of the 'Brisbane Airport - Community Award'.
