The Water by Design training courses are designed to build knowledge and skills in water sensitive urban design (WSUD). The courses span a range of topics across the development and infrastructure lifecycle including conceptual design of water sensitive urban developments, fundamentals of designing, constructing and establishing stormwater management systems and stormwater harvesting solutions. The courses also assist practitioners in the use and implementation of a range of complimentary guidelines that are being applied across South East Queensland. Periodically, Water by Design also coordinates ad hoc events such as short seminars and bus tours/ site visits on topical issues.
