EHMP Stakeholder Capacity Building Project
The EHMP Stakeholder Capacity Building Project is a collaboration between Healthy Waterways and SEQ Catchments, with additional investment from the Australian Government (NHT), and significant in-kind state support from the Department of Natural Resources & Water (DNRW).
The Capacity Building Project focuses on identifying capacity requirements and the opportunities and benefits of integrating local water quality monitoring, undertaken by community groups and local government agencies, into the regional EHMP. The project included a trial involving community monitoring at a total of 150 sites throughout SEQ from October to December 2005.
